HAZRAT MUHAMMADﷺ

Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ also known as the Prophet Muhammad, is one of the most important figures in Islamic history. He ﷺ was born in Mecca, Saudi Arabia in 570 AD and was a merchant before he received hisﷺ first revelation from Allah at the age of 40. This event marked the beginning of his mission as a Prophet, which lasted for 23 years until he ﷺ died in 632 AD.

Throughout his life, Hazrat Muhammad ﷺpreached the message of Islam and worked tirelessly to spread its teachings to the people of Arabia and beyond. He ﷺis revered by Muslims around the world as the final prophet of Allah and the founder of Islam.

EARLY LIFE

Hazrat Muhammad ﷺwas born into the Hashim clan of the Quraish community, one of the supreme prominent and powerful tribes in Mecca at the time. His dad, Abdullah, deceased before he ﷺwas born, and his mother, Amina, died as he ﷺ was only 6 ages old. He ﷺ was first brought up by his grandfather, then by his ﷺ relative Abu Talib.

Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ first began as a trader and gained a reputation for being a person of honesty and ethics. He ﷺ was often called upon to settle disputes among his fellow merchants and was respected for his wisdom and fairness.

REVELATION

At the age of 40, Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ received his first revelation from Allah in a cave while doing meditation on Mount Hira. To him ﷺ, the Angel Gabriel appeared then recited the lines that would later become the Qur’an.

Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ was initially frightened by the experience but was reassured by the Angel Gabriel that he ﷺ was chosen the Allah’s messenger. He ﷺ started sharing the teachings of Islam with his loved ones and close acquaintances, and gradually his following grew.

TEACHINGS AND LEGACY

Hazrat Muhammad ﷺ preached a message of monotheism, social justice, and compassion. He ﷺ taught that there is only one God and that all people are equal in the eyes of Allah. He ﷺ also emphasized the importance of charity, kindness, and forgiveness.
